Head Massage

Head massage is a massage therapy that focuses on the head, neck, shoulders, and nape. During this treatment, the therapist uses kneading, pressing, and acupressure techniques to target tense muscles and pressure points. The goal is to relieve pressure and blockages in the neck, shoulders, and head, reducing pain, improving blood circulation, relieving stress, and enhancing sleep.

Step 1: Massage to relax muscles and clear energy blockages in the back area. Because the back is the foundation of the entire upper body, the treatment will include massage and stretching techniques for this area. This technique helps to soften the large muscle groups along the spine and clear important energy channels.

Step 2: Relaxing massage of the head, neck, shoulders, and nape. This is the initial step in the manual massage process. The therapist will use long, gentle strokes and rubbing motions on the entire neck, shoulders, nape, and head. This technique helps warm the muscles, relieve surface tension, and prepare them for more intensive treatments.

Step 3: Deep tissue massage to relieve muscle tension and fatigue in the neck, shoulders, and back.
