• General reminders:

We are a child-friendly spa; your children may come along. Children not using spa services will be looked after to ensure they will not disturb the spa environment and customers (including yourself). At Beer Spa Nha Trang, we try to maintain a tranquil atmosphere for every customer. Please ensure you switch your phone to silent mode throughout the spa experience.We offer robes, towels, disposable undergarments, and private showers equipped with organic shower gel. These are only available for guests who are using spa services. We are a professional spa providing services of a good standard. Please respect our spa etiquette as well as our staff. We acknowledge there may be some challenges in communication due to the language barrier, please be patient & understanding

• Opening hours & holidays:

Beer Spa Nha Trang Opening hours: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM .We accepts the latest booking 1 hour before closing time for 60-minute treatments. Opening hours during Tết and public holidays may vary and will be updated accordingly

• Appointments:

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and avoid waiting. This also allows Beer Spa Nha Trang to prepare everything thoughtfully for your treatment. You can make a reservation through one of the following channels:

We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. If there are any changes, please inform us in advance. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid affecting the next guest’s booking. If a guest does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and does not notify us, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

• Service prices & payment methods:

Prices in the menu does not include service charge and VAT. We accept payment in cash (VND only), domestic transfer, domestic transfer card, MOMO, international payment Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, UnionPay & APPLE PAY.

• Age & health conditions of customers:

Customers must be over 7 years old and under 81 years old to receive spa services. Spa services are not suitable for wheelchair users, individuals who have difficulties using stairs. Individuals with health problems, unstable blood pressure, skin illnesses or infectious diseases should not use these services. Please notify the spa technicians if you’re allergic to any essential oils or herbs. Spa services are opened to both male & female customers. We only have female spa technicians, no male technicians.

• Requests when using the services:

After choosing a service, you may request to adjust the service to your liking. If possible, our technicians will adapt the service to your request. During the service, if you have additional requests, please do not hesitate to notify our technicians immediately.

• Protecting customers’ belongings:

At Beer Spa Nha Trang , we have lockers with locks for each customer. Our technicians will give a key to you to keep during the service. Kindly leave your jewelry in the lockers before going to the service room. Upon leaving, please check your belongings. After you leave, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

We respect the privacy and personal information (phone numbers, email, facebook) of our guests. We will not use your images without consent and share your information with any third party.

• Parking:
